In Germany it's midnight or later in North America when I wake up in the morning. The blogosphere is quiet. I practically live my whole day before my friends on the west coast wake up. Now I have to wait until the afternoon to jump into the stream and it's still going gung-ho by the time I go to bed. I feel like I miss all the good stuff. :)
The silver lining is that I have no excuses now to not get directly to the work of writing, so in the long run, I think that will be a good thing for my productivity.
With that I'll leave you with some photos of what I've been doing while you've been sleeping.

Today I plan on working on VOLITION, book 2 in the Perception series. PERCEPTION (as Lee Strauss) is launching on the 12th! I'm excited and nervous!!
How about you? Are you working on anything right now?

Great pics! And there's nothing wrong with jumping in to productivity first thing upon waking. (Yeah, I'd have a hard time getting used to that. lol)
ReplyDeleteI agree, in theory, anyway :) It's still hard to get my butt in gear. lol
DeleteThe best of luck with everything over there and with your novel.
ReplyDeleteI'm just getting back into writing after the summer and I am trying to find a balance and schedule that will work.
Hope you're having good sleep soon- it's 8:00PM in Deutschland as I write this. :)
ReplyDeleteWow. Looks like fun. *sigh* I've only ever been to Germany for about two days, maybe less.
ReplyDeleteGirl! I'm dying, but you know my story. Look at those LOVELY pictures! I would love to visit Germany. I hear ya, though about feeling out of sync. One time I got a job and lost it all in the course of one night thanks to Jessica Bell (aka, Alliterative Allomorph). She was emailing me from Greece, so you know. :D LOL! Ahh, that silly time difference. Enjoy your time abroad~ <3
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely! Eat some Weinerschnitzel for me please! And congrats on the book launch! Looking forward to reading it!
